  1. OH, that’s what I’m doing wrong! I need this in my life (umm, yesterday!) I lose focus so easily, then become overwhelmed. I tried meditation years ago but being a child of the 60’s I had visions of chaching and ohhhhhmmmmmmm’s with incense choking me out while sipping the kool-aid. O.K. you get the picture, I wasn’t super open to the whole hippiedippe thing. I’m an educated woman now, well, so I tell myself. THIS is definitely what I need to try with an open mind.

  3. Recently, I’ve been reading a lot on meditation and I came across this from Netflix: Headspace Guide to Meditation. Saw 2 parts of it and found it extremely interesting. I also try to meditate along with it. Definitely going to see the rest of the series and learn more from it. I will also download this Headspace: Meditation & Sleep as well… Thx!

  4. I like to wake up and start my morning with meditation as it helps me to be in the right mindset to tackle the day ahead. While I have tried a couple of the apps that you have included here, I haven’t even heard of most of them! Looks like I’m going to be doing some experimenting, trying out different apps over the coming days. I mean, you never know which app you love most until you give the others a try!

    • I love using guided meditations to help me fall asleep, especially when I’m restless. In the mornings, I too meditate just by tuning everything out and going inward 🙂
